Step 1 — Fill in ticket holder details
For each ticket in your order, you'll need to provide the name and email address of the person who will be using it. If you're buying multiple tickets, you can fill each one in separately, or use the bulk fill option at the top to apply the same details to all tickets at once.
Each ticket holder will also need to agree to the event's terms and conditions before you can proceed. Once a ticket holder's details are complete, it will show a green "Completed" status.
At the bottom of this step, fill in your own details as the buyer — your name, email address, and a billing address. These are the details your order confirmation will be sent to.
Once all ticket holders are completed and your buyer details are filled in, the Review Order button will become active.
Step 2 — Review your order
Before paying, you'll see a summary of everything in your order — your personal details, each ticket holder's name and email, and your order total in the sidebar.
If anything looks wrong, click Edit to go back and make changes. If you have a promo code, enter it in the Promo Code box in the sidebar and click Apply before proceeding.
When everything looks correct, click Proceed to Payment.
Step 3 — Choose how to pay
You have two ways to pay:
Seamless™ Wallet — If you have a Seamless™ account with sufficient balance, you can pay instantly using your wallet. Your remaining balance after the purchase is shown before you confirm. If your balance is too low, you'll see a Top Up option.
Paystack — Pay securely using your debit or credit card. You'll be taken through Paystack's secure payment flow and returned to EventBridge once complete. On supported Apple devices in Safari, Apple Pay may also be available.
After payment
Once your payment is confirmed, your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided. Each ticket holder will also receive a copy if you selected that option during checkout.
You can view all your tickets at any time by visiting the Tickets section of the site.
Session timer
When you start checkout, a 30-minute timer begins. This holds your tickets while you complete your purchase. If the timer runs out before you pay, your cart will be cleared and you'll need to select your tickets again. Keep an eye on the countdown in the top right of the order summary.
